Refund policy
At Velnnix, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective:
- Personal hygiene products
- Opened or used wellness products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing velnnix47@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 48hrs.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged based on stock availability. If an exchange isn't possible, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by velnnix.
For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
